As important as our physicians’ expertise and reputation for exceptional care is our team approach to proactive communication with our patients.
This extends from giving them prompt updates about their condition to conveying information about treatment routes and arranging for same day appointments for them to see a specialist.
In turn, we encourage our patients to maintain consistent communication with our staff about any questions, changes in symptoms, updates on insurance, or adjustments needed in appointment times or dates. We believe that this environment of two-way communication allows us to best meet each patient’s needs. Our staff is available to you weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through our main scheduling number at 877.415.4116.

To Schedule an Appointment please call our main scheduling number at 877.415.4116. Through our centralized scheduling capabilities, our appointment representatives are available to schedule an appointment at any of our locations most convenient to you. This scheduling may be done on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Voicemail prompts are available outside office hours. Feel free to leave a message and a representative will return your call. For your convenience, you will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by email, text or phone. When calling, please be prepared to provide or confirm the following:
- Date of birth
- Brief description of the reason for the appointment
- Address
- Home and alternate phone numbers
- Health insurance information
- Name of referring physician
- Referring physician order/referral to ensure the scheduling of the appropriate appointment or test
To Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment:
Please call our main scheduling number, 877.415.4116, to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to avoid a missed appointment fee.
